Cross-country skiing in the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena
A net of cross-country skiing tracks. 100km of well-groomed tracks, 25km surround Berwang and offer tracks of all levels of difficulty.
Sledding
In Berwang you can go sledding day and night. The sled track can be reached on foot when walking to the "Jägerhaus" or you take the sled bus to the sled track from 6pm - midnight. From the "Jägerhaus" you can sleigh down 1,5km. Sled rental in sports shops of the region. An additional sled tracks are to be found in the neighbouring villages.
Ice skating and alpine curling
The natural ice rink in Berwang is open daily during winter season from 10am - 10pm. Skating boots and ice sticks can be rented at site.
Horse-drawn sleigh rides
During a winter holiday in the Alps you don't want to miss out on a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride through snow-covered meadows and forests that surround Berwang. The sound of bells and churning snow let childhood dreams come true.
Afterwards you relax in the comfortable and spacious apartments of the Villa Strolz.
